ESL’s (Electronic Shelf Labels, also known as digital price tags/ elabels/ etags or E-paper displays) are essentially a high-tech ditigal alternative to the traditional adhesive printed shelf talker paper labels used by supermarkets and other mass retail stores, where they display pricing and also certain other information on LCD/E-Ink Graphic modules.

Electronic price labels make sure that the right price appears on the right product with the right information. Changes in price are controlled automatically over an interface to the ERP system, special promotional prices are rolled out temporarily and automatically reset after the promotion has come to an end.

Consistent online and offline prices are an important factor in the seamless customer journey. Central management of prices creates reliable data congruence between the online store, cash register and shelf, and by doing so reduces the number of purchase cancellations of customers who always have their eye on the online price.

Services and features that customers are familiar with from e-commerce can be transferred to the POS by connecting them to external systems (online store, ERP system, social media feed, etc.). 2. What is display template?

Template defines what information will be displayed on the ESL screen and how. Usually the information display is commodity name, price, origin, bar code, etc.

3. Template can be customized?

No need to customize. It is visual to edit the template, just similar to drawing and writing on blank paper. With our software, everyone is the designer.

4. If I buy samples for test, what should I pay attention to?

There are two options for your reference. a. Basic type: 1*Base station +several ESL tags+software b. Standard one: 1 demo kit box (all kinds of ESL tags+1*base station+software+1*PDA scanner+1 set of mounting kits+ 1*box) *Please note the base station is necessary for test. Our ESL tags can only work with our base station.
