As part of its drive to improve the customer experience in the time of COVID-19, RIU chain hotel was looking for ways to enhance the look and feel of its restaurants, and ensure the ability to present information about food in multiple languages but also respect for social distancing. Besides RIU was keen to reduce the time and cost of updating menus.
